I can't download my ticket yet, now what?

If your tickets are not yet available, this could be due to two reasons.

1. Your tickets have not been properly personalised yet, check this first.

2. The event uses ticketlock. If this is the case, you can download your tickets 48 hours in advance. The organisation chooses this to prevent resale and black selling. We cannot make the tickets available to you any sooner.
