Can I request an invoice?

For tickets for a festival, etc. it is not possible to request an invoice, nor can we prepare one for you.

If you have placed an order for a sports event (with seats), this is possible. You can always recognize these orders by your order number; if it starts with ST, you can request an invoice. For this we need the following information from you;
